The Brazilian government has recently passed a bill that governs an integrated database system called ‘SISCOSERV’, which aims to control cross-border transactions involving transfer of intangible assets and services.
Experiencing its second foreign investment cycle in 20 years, Brazil has never attracted such much productive capital, and the Brazilian economy has never been so internationalized as it is nowadays. The country – once craving for receiving capital - no longer suffers from this malady. Today, the country truly shows to foreign investors that there is fertile ground here for years of growth, with the necessary stability, and it now has how to prove it.

The Federal Audit Court (TCU) approved the bid for concession of exploitation of Guarulhos, Brasília and Viracopos airports. However, the TCU is willing to raise the grant value, which had been decreased due to the overestimation of public investments in airports, to wit:
In Guarulhos: TCU determined an increase in the minimum amount of the grant equivalent to 66.3% - from R$ 2.29 billion to R$ 3.8 billion.
In Brasilia: Adjustment of 907%, with a minimum grant value of R$ 75.5 million; this figure is expected to increase to R$ 761 million.
On the 10th of October 2011 the Council of Ministers of Cyprus issued a new decision laying out the criteria and conditions for the granting of Cypriot citizenship by exemption, aiming to attract wealthy businessmen and foreign investors, who desire easier access beyond their borders. By virtue of the new decision the threshold values of the direct investments, entrepreneurial activities, bank deposits have decreased considerably.
The Ministry of Economy published in the Official Federal Gazette of Mexico on August 15, 2007 “the Agreement which informs on the Protocol of Accession of the People’s Republic of China to the World Trade Organization”. On December 11, 2001, China became a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO), in accordance with the terms and conditions established in this Protocol of Accession.
