Solomon Blum Heymann LLC, our member in the USA, was working for a France-based manufacturer of electronic equipment doing business in multiple jurisdictions worldwide. The company’s CEO/majority owner was French, but he was living in the United States, where one of the manufacturing facilities was located.

Solomon Blum Heymann LLC’s team was appointed to advise the owner as well as the company on multiple matters, including U.S. immigration advice for the CEO and his family (including three minor children) and the preparation of personal income tax returns. They also advised the company on the tax impact of several proposed reorganization scenarios, the hiring of a new CFO and the related financial arrangements to make, as well as general U.S. federal and state tax advice.
