The fine line between EMIs and PSPs Seminar
This 3-hour seminar shall be dedicated to highlighting the salient differences between Electronic Money Institutions and Payment Services Providers. There is a fine line between the two due to regulatory restrictions. What can a company with an EMI license do differently when compared to a company with a PSP license? Different activities may lead to a requirement of having a different license.
